Remissio works as a full-screen app on your phone — no app store required. Follow the steps below for your device.
iPhone & iPad
Safari · iOS 16.4+
Open Remissio in Safari
Make sure you're using Safari — the default iOS browser. Other browsers don't support home screen installation.
Tap the Share button
Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (the square with an arrow pointing up).
Tap \u201cAdd to Home Screen\u201d
Scroll down in the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen. Confirm with Add in the top right.
Open from your home screen
Remissio now opens as a full-screen app with no browser chrome. Navigation stays within the app just like a native install.
Android
Chrome · any recent Android
Open Remissio in Chrome
Chrome on Android supports installing websites as apps. Open Remissio in Chrome if you haven't already.
Tap the menu
Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner of Chrome.
Tap “Add to Home screen”
Select Add to Home screen and confirm. Chrome may show an Install app banner at the bottom instead — tap that to proceed.
Launch from your home screen
Remissio opens in its own window without any browser bars, just like a native app.
No installation from an app store is needed. All your data stays on your account — switching between the browser and the home screen app works seamlessly.
